General Project Area Information:
SEDC’s Mount Hope Redevelopment Project Area was adopted in 1982. The Project Area encompasses approximately 210 acres in the southeastern area of the city of San Diego. It is located north and south of Market Street between I-805 and Highway 15. The Mount Hope Redevelopment Project Area is located within the boundaries of the Renewal Community.
