The Central Imperial Redevelopment Project Area is composed of a variety of land uses, including 32% residential properties; 5% various industrial uses; 6% commercial properties; 10% public/semipublic land; 15% vacant land; 26% public right-of-way; 2% open space; and 4% abandoned underutilized land.
