General Project Area Information:
SEDC’s Central Imperial Redevelopment Project Area was adopted in 1992. The Project Area encompasses approximately 580 acres. It extends east of Messina Drive across I-805 to 69th Street and includes portions of the neighborhoods of Chollas View, Emerald Hills, Lincoln Park, Mountain View, Valencia Park, Encanto and South Encanto.
