The workshops cover topics such as determining buyer readiness, establishing a budget, understanding the how and why of credit, realtor vs. real estate agent, finding the right home, mortgage options, escrow closing and the availability of various home loan programs.  In addition, participants have an opportunity to hear about the latest residential developments planned or under construction throughout the southeastern community.
