Audit Committee Meeting Archives
Members of the Audit Committee oversee, monitor, and advise the Board of Directors and outside auditors regarding the preparation of the Corporation’s audits and financial statements. Also the committee reviews corporate policies. This Committee has three members and meets on an as-needed basis.
